KNOW ALL MEN that by these presents we VIPUL ANAND S/o BHAGWAN LAL PRASAD resident of ______________, PO-___________, DISTT-___________, (hereinafter referred to as “Trainee-employee”) and BHAGWAN LAL PRASAD, S/o LT. RAMNARAYAN PRASAD resident of VILL + PO-_______ , PS-___________, DISTT- ________________(hereinafter referred to as “Surety”) do hereby firmly bind ourselves and our respective heirs, executors, administrators unto Registered office: Power Grid Corporation of  India Limited, B-9, Qutab Institutional Area, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi-110016 having its offices in different parts of the country, (hereinafter called “Company”) in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- only (Rupees One Lakh Only) in terms of this bond.
WHEREAS the Trainee-employee has been selected by the Company as Assistant Engineer Trainee (AET) vide its offer of appointment No C/HR/Rectt/AET-Campus dated 25-07-2018 through Campus Selection under Special Recruitment for NER, for imparting training to him/her with a view to utilize his/her services in the company which offer has been unequivocally accepted by the Trainee-employee.
AND WHEREAS in terms of Clause 1 of the terms and conditions of the said offer of appointment the trainee-employee is required to undergo training for a period of one year and thereafter to serve the Company for at least a period of next nine years in North Eastern Region as stipulated in the offer of appointment.
