Deed of Marriage cum Affidavit
I, __________________ Son of  _______________ , Mother name _____________ resident of Vill – ___________ , P.O- __________, P.S – ____District- _____________, Bihar, India by occupation – Govt. Service by Nationality – Indian by religion Hindu, do hereby solemnly affirm and declare as follows:-
1.   That my marriage was solemnized with __________ Daughter ­­­­­­­­­­____________ resident of __________, P.O.- _________ , P.S.- _______ , District- __________, Bihar on 18 Feb, 2018 and the marriage was taken of the residence of ­­­­­­­__________ with Hindu rities and ritual in presence of parents guardians and relatives by both sides.

2.   That I was major and attended the age of  26 year as per my Date of Birth is 25.07.1991.
                                       


3.   That there has been made no transaction of dowry in between both sides at the  time of marriage ceremony that I shall by the rules of Hindu marriage Act 1956 and the special marriage  act 1954 and look after my family affairs and shall maintain all the necessary requirements.


4.   That ___________ her Date of Birth is 27-08-1997 is my legal wife and having peaceful matrimonial relationship with my wife and deling our conjugal life  with pleasure after marriage solemnized.


5.   That I have made this deed of agreement cum affidavit just after completed the marriage ceremony for future use and reference and made my signature in full since without any fear and after read over to me and completely understand fully acquinted the content of the deed.

6.   That all the statements stated above in this affidavit are true to the best of my knowledge and no post of it is false and I have concealed nothing.
