1.      That I passed 12^th class Examination from RAJARAM SAH COLLEGE RAXAUL with the subject of English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology in the year 2013.

2.      That after passing 12^th class examination I was join in medical coaching Institute since from 2013 to 2015.

3.      That I appeared for medical Entrance Examination from 2015 to 2017.

4.      That I have or had not join in any Institution in the year 2013 to 2017.nor in service.
